December 27th is National Goal Writing Day! Shoutout to my dear friend Marcus Gilmore, founder of the site, The Culture Supplier, for coming up with this awesome concept to assist people in being intentional about their goals in life.

With 2017 nearly at its end, everyone is already looking forward to next year… “new year, new me, right?” I truly believe in goal setting and self-reflection because it encourages you to grow and flourish as a solitary individual. There is so much power and confidence in accomplishing the milestones you set for yourself. There is no better feeling then checking something off your list knowing that you worked hard to accomplish your goal.

While you’re taking the time to reflect on how this year went, look ahead to the goals for next year. Keep in mind that the best goals are measurable and have clear metrics to track.

But setting your goals is only the first step in achieving them — you need an action plan and a system in place to guide you and keep you on track. Come on now, we all know what it’s like to set goals that we don’t follow through with! That is why I recommend two planners for you use in 2018.
