Weekend Vibes! Brunch at Maggiano’s & Dinner at Earls

Weekend Vibes! Brunch At Maggiano’s Little Italy

When you think of Maggiano’s, normally the first thing you think of is their pasta, salad and homemade bread.

But have you ever thought about dining there for brunch?

Now every weekend at Magigiano’s their Executive Chef is serving up all of the brunch classics with a side of everything you love about Maggiano’s. Some of their favorites include five decadent Benedicts, Crème Brûlée French Toast, and Pancakes!

ENTRÉES:

For my entrée I chose their pancakes. Oh but let me tell you these are not just any pancakes! They are their light , fluffy, mouth watering Lemon Ricotta Pancakes. They have the perfect blend of lemon and buttermilk with blueberries on top. Each bite you take just melts in you mouth…. and not in your hand!

My brunch companion Briana had their Italian-America Breakfast – it came with Three Eggs, Ham, Bacon, Italian Sausage Link, Crispy Vesuvio Potatoes, Candied Orange!

Their Crispy Vesuvio Potatoes gave me life! They had the perfect blend of sea salt, pepper, oregano, and garlic crisped to perfection! Honestly, I don’t think Briana got a chance to enjoy the potato’s, because I ate them all off her plate lol!

COCKTAILS:

For my drink I switched it up and didn’t go with the usual mimosa. I chose the Ruby Red Peach Cooler. This drink is mixed with Deep Eddy Ruby Red Vodka, Ruffino Prosecco, Peach Purée, Lemon, and Honey! It had my tastebuds jumping!

Vibes

Overall I enjoyed my first time brunch experience at Maggiano’s and I will definitely be back again!

Weekend Vibes! Earls Kitchen + Bar

EAT a little. Eat a lot.

To end this beautiful day I had dinner at Earls Kitchen +Bar. I love the vibes of this sleek upscale chain, serving global comfort food, gourmet burgers, cocktails, wines & beers. Oh let’s not forget the banging music. I was definitely tapping my feet and bobbing my head to the jams!

COCKTAILS:

For my cocktail I got the Marilyn Monroe. You really can’t go wrong with this drink, it’s mixed with SKYY vodka, passion fruit, vanilla and prosecco. It has a nice flavor and smooth finish.

TO SHARE:

For starters I had their tasty truffle fries perfectly blended with their custom salt and pepper blend, and aioli dipping sauce.

ENTRÉES:

My food companion, Briana had their 6oz sirloin (medium) topped with a blacking spice, a side of mashed potatoes and lightly seasoned grilled asparagus drizzle with butter sauce.

vibes

I chose their Yucatán tacos. Two flour tortillas with slow roasted achiote chicken, queso blanco, avocado, cilantro, fresh cut salsa. These tacos were amazing! The tortillas tasted fresh, like they were made in-house. Each bite I took was bursting with flavor and had a kick of herbs and spices! I was pleasantly surprised of how great these tacos were. I will without a doubt get them again.

vibes

From the great service to the food, drinks and ambience everything was fantastic! I couldn’t have asked for a better experience at Earls Kitchen + Bar. I will definitely be back again!
